Ingredients-
- 1/2 a medium size beetroot, peeled and cut in half
- 1 frozen banana (broken in to pieces)
- 1 handful of frozen raspberries
- 1 handful of brown puffed rice
- 1 handful of oats
- 3-4 Mint leaves
- 1 C of preferred milk
Method-
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend. Top with more puffed brown rice, mint, shredded coconut, cocao nibs and frozen raspberries.
