Yes! We offer beginner workouts as well as exercise modifications so you can give every workout a try.
Yes, we offer modifications in all workouts and we have workouts specific for building hip strength, bone strength and workouts where you don’t need to get on the floor.
No, the majority of our workouts use no equipment or simple things you have at home like a chair, water bottles or a towel. Some of our workouts include small props like an exercise band, small pilates ball or hand weights but can be done without.
Yes! For TV viewing, you will need a smart TV with an internet browser available on the TV. Then simply log in to the members area of the Mind Movement Health website. You can also watch the videos on your Laptop , Tablet, or Smart Phone.
No, all monthly masterclasses will be uploaded into the members area. In the case of a LIVE masterclass, a recording of the masterclass will be uploaded in to the member’s area within a few days of it occurring.
