Breakfast Chia Puddings

Chia Pudding

Ingredients-

  • 5 Tbsp of white Chia seeds
  • 1 400g can of coconut milk
  • 2 tsp of honey or sweetener to taste
  • Dash of vanilla bean paste
  • 1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)

Method-

Place the Chia seeds, coconut milk, honey and vanilla together in a bowl and mix. Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hrs or overnight.

Remove from fridge, separate the mixture in half and mix in the Love Your Guts Superfood powder in to one half. Layer alternatively in a glass. Top with fresh berries, a sprinkle of muesli and serve.
