Super Green Smoothie

Green Smoothie

Ingredients-

  • 1 large handful of Spinach or kale
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 frozen banana (broken in to pieces)
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 1 C preferred milk
  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • 1 tsp MCT Oil

Method-

Place all the ingredients in to a blender and blend until your preferred consistency. Pour in to  bowl and top with some shredded coconut, nuts and fruit or simply enjoy as a smoothie.
