More about Avery:
When she started her career as an ICU Registered Nurse, Avery noticed that the majority of the reasons why adults found themselves in the ICU were because of illnesses and diseases that had strong links to chronic stress. In 2015 she made the decision to get out of the reactive side of medicine and started an online business teaching people how to manage their stress with meditation, mindfulness, yoga, and other evidence based practices. Then, at the end of 2018, Avery experienced a severe case of burnout that left her frustrated and confused. She was “doing everything right”, yet still burnt out. Being the super nerd that she is, Avery dove into the research, examined case studies from her client base, and found the missing piece of the puzzle. Now she helps highly sensitive high achievers recover from burnout and prevent it from ever happening again so that they can maintain their energy, focus and productivity to have a positive impact on their corner of the world.
